Anne Gold helped me to a home buying experience that far exceeded my expectations. Anne took the time to listen to my needs, she related with me and showed me incredible patience along this journey. In finding a home she made herself available to me over the course of a month. Anne's experience and knowledge was incredibly helpful in the home selection process, pointing out issues that I would never otherwise have known, but also pointing out things that made certain homes stand out. In making offers, Anne was very prompt in writing and submitting offers. Anne fought for me once I finally made a decision but also subtly let me know when I was being a little unreasonable in what I wanted; I appreciated that she was honest and direct with me. During inspections Anne had it handled very promptly and professionally, taking all the burden off of me which was so very much appreciated. I was in great hands with Anne and could not be happier with the level of service I received. During what could have been a very stressful time I was met with a very personalized level of service, met with kindness and understanding, and was able to get into a wonderful home in a great neighborhood at an acceptable price.
