Seller reviewI had no intentions of selling through anyone else. She didn't even have time to put up a sign. The house was shown within the first 24 hours and sold for cash in less than 48 hours with some minor negotiation providing me with exactly the amount I wanted. A breeze and delight to work with. Had I required a location where I was moving I surely would have asked her assistance. Excellent communications and quick response. She sold me this home 4 years ago.
