Personal Profile

Anne Rubin has lived most of her life in the Philadelphia area. She has a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Maryland and has been licensed in real estate since 1988. Since 1997 she has been a managing partner in CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, a multi office company in PA and NJ. As a top listing agent in her company, Anne has done everything from being known as the 'FSBO Queen' in the company, to training, recruiting and managing. Anne had the pleasure of serving as president of her local association for two years. She has been awarded Realtor of the Year, the Community Service Award and has been inducted into the Centurion Hall of Fame. Anne has also received CENTURY 21's Quality Service Award as a producer, and for her office. Anne has taken her success and applies it in the training that she provides for her agents, so that they can be the best in real estate while running a profitable career. Anne has also trained for CENTURY 21 corporate. Part of her business has been representing banks on their bank owned properties (REO) and she has more experience than she would like in foreclosures and short sales. In addition Anne speaks across the country at real estate conferences on various topics. In 2017 the Governor appointed Anne to the State Real Estate Commission. On a personal note, Anne has served on the Board of Directors of her synagogue and participates in local advocacy groups to eliminate food insecurity. In whatever spare time Anne may have, she enjoys biking, dancing, music, theater and has even had several leading roles in local theater productions. Of all of her achievements, Anne is proudest of her family. Anne has been happily married since 1985 to her husband Harvey, who is a retired Philadelphia high school teacher. They have four children and two grandchildren.

Anne was very knowledgeable and had the property listed, shown, and got multiple agreements all within a week. She got me a great price for my house. My overall experience was fantastic. It was thorough, went quick, the house sold at a great price, and Anne explained everything to me in a complete and professional manner. I had used her to sell my parent's house in 2012, so I know she really knows her profession. The sale went quickly and smoothly and to my great satisfaction.

Anne Rubin knows everything there is to know about buying a house in Philadelphia (or at least it feels that way). From location, to house requirements, to budget - Anne helped us considerably when weighing our options and figuring out the details. She was always available to answer questions and has an extensive network of resources to help with every step of the process. Despite this being our first home, we never felt unsure about the process. Anne really has the experience and know-how that makes all the difference in this field!

Anne Rubin couldn't have been better. She was always fair and had my best interest in mind. Things did not go as smoothly as we would have hoped (for reasons that were not our fault) and she was on top of everything through it all. I would not use anyone else and will tell the same to anyone that is looking to purchase a home or sell a home. I truly believe I would not have gotten this home if it weren't for Anne's knowledge and expertise. She made what would have otherwise been a very stressful first home purchase a breeze.
