Annette accepted me as a client despite my distance from her and we spoke frequently and I know she was listening because she sent me info about places that met my criteria. She regularly sent me photos of properties and that was very helpful to me as I decided what was most important. I trust her judgement and the place I ended up buying was everything I said I wanted. She also told me it needed updating so I was ready for that and I believe there is room for me to add value to the place I bought. If I decide to move again she is the realtor I would call.

Annette was on point. She was positive, helpful and patient with us. She would explain things if we didn't understand and made us feel like we were important. At the beginning we set up a time to see a house, and then sold before we even got there to look at it. Annette found another house close by to show us. She kept our spirits up and gave us hope that we would find our house. That was truly important, especially in this crazy market. Annette was a dream. We felt she got a feel of what we were looking for in a home. She knew the area, and if there was an area she wasn't 100% sure on, she would find out for us. She went above and beyond for us. She kept the lines of communication open at all times. She would show us "the good, the bad and the ugly". We were so grateful for this, since we lived in a different state and couldn't go personally to the houses. We met her on our last day in this state. After that she would show us the homes facetiming. We knew we could trust her completely. That is saying a lot. She was amazing to work with and helping us find our home. We loved Annette. We would recommend her to anyone of our friend and our family. She goes above and beyond. She makes you feel like family. We had a different realtor previously. I don't remember what agency he was from. But having Annette as our realtor was like night and day. We absolutely love her. As previously mentioned, I would recommend her to anyone.
