I have used Annette in the past. As did my Dad. She knows the area and people very well. Annette helped price our property correctlyand brought in lots of prospective buyers. Being a unique property it was not easy to sell and a little frustrating. However. Annette found that needle on a hay stack buyer. The sale went through perfectly thanks to Annette. Everything was done so efficiently and timely. This was critical because my husband and I being in Hawaii had to rely on Annette to take care of all the matters for us long distance, which she did beautifully!
