I was born and raised in Yuma. I attended Kofa High School and received a Bachelor's degree from NAU Yuma. My husband and I have been married and have run our local construction and pool companies for over 20 years. We are raising four sons that keep us busy.especially during baseball season. I entered into real estate because I love this community and want to help others become part of such a great place to live. I genuinely love working with people and feel confident that my honesty and compassion for others will help me be the agent for you.

Seller reviewI had previously worked with Annette Orta on a sale of my first home and she was awesome! I thought selling a house would be a nightmare but she mad it fast and simple. I would obviously use her every time I have realty needs. Annette was extremely knowledgeable when it came time to talk about the value of my home. She took care of all the negotiations between the buyers in a heart beat! I am extremely happy with the way Annette handled the sale of my home. She was there every time she was needed. Even if it was a weekend. She takes good care of her customer needs. I would recommend her to everyone.
