I had previous dealings with Annette, and was impressed with her work ethic, knowledge, and honesty. In the process of trying to sell the home, their were obstacles that presented themselves but because of Annette's experience and knowledge she was able to negotiate them with ease. She has my highest recommendation.

Annette went above and beyond with the help of our home purchase. She communicated and responded promptly. If she said she would take care of an issue she would get done and in a timely manner. This was really a blind internet search for a realtor in Yuma. The property was there; the owner in Washington State. When we reached Annette Orta, she was both interested and helpful. We felt very encouraged after talking with her; she seemed to know what we needed and to understand the market and market timing in Yuma. The circumstances surrounding this sale were very unusual. The whole process took more than a year, but had little to do with Annette's efforts or lack of effort, although she helped in every way possible. We had to start by proving ownership for a home where the two prior owners had died but left incomplete records (will, trust, death and birth certificates) and a house that was uninhabitable. From the beginning Annette helped us access the house to find the appropriate records to start the process to prove ownership, which many months later had to be completed by a local lawyer, Harry W. Longbottom. She also supplied a clean-up team, that went through the entire home, garage and yard, disposing of all that made it less than desirable - even disgusting. She was amazing! We would give her our highest recommendation - to anybody! She helped us promptly with every question, every difficult situation. I would almost say we were friends by the time this was over. This whole process was a year of total frustration, but the only light came from working with Annette Orta. I'm not sure she would have taken us on, if she had any idea how complicated it would be! She hung in there with us until the end. My sister and I, both retired teachers, offered to help a nearly homeless man - a local handyman - here in our community of Belfair, Washington to be able to sell his mother's home after she and his brother both died in Yuma. Because of the mess, the lack of complete records, the need to prove his ownership to clear the title, it grew to be a year-long process. Annette helped us from the start and each step of the way. We would not have been able to actually close this sale - ever - without her help. We appreciated her knowledge, her helpfulness and most especially her compassion.
