Seller reviewI have known Annette since 1998. I used her as my agent in purchasing multiple properties in 2004 and 2006. Annette has always been accessible and very professional in her dealings with me as both a property buyer and seller. I live in Dallas, and we count on her in the Lake Tawakoni area to know available properties, property values, and trust her to give us the best advice. She has never disappointed me, and now us, on either side of the "coin" so to speak. Buying or selling. She's a kind, considerate , and mostly trustworthy person and agent. She has come through for us every time.

Buyer reviewAnnette was enjoyable and kind to be with as we conversed and worked together checking out properties in areas I could feel safe to live in, the size and quality of home I expected and last of all in good condition since I am a single person making a move to Greenville from another part of Texas. She helped me understand the contract so I could make a viable/reasonable offer which was easily understood and accepted. Annette took me to the closing and I asked a few questions which were fully explained and signed the contract. All went well. I made a good friend.
