Seller reviewAnnie is the best realtor anyone could find. She was always accessible, she was very knowledgeable and she got us offers on our house less than a week after it was posted. She is passionate, caring, and anticipated our needs. She was worth every penny we paid and more. Other realtors just tried to make a sale but Annie was much more involved and attentive. She actually cares about us and it shows. I will absolutley be looking for her next time I move.

When the house we did buy was listed on out second day of searching with Annie, she quickly arranged a visit later that same day, and we decided to make an offer for the house. When we began to prepare an offer, there waws another offer being made. Annie helped us craft an offer that turned out to be strong enough within our means to lead to the acceptance of our offer, all on the second day of searching with Annie.
