Ann Marie is amazing at problem solving, negotiating and getting you the home you truly want. The first night in my new home I didn't have a bed, she ran and got me her queensize airmatress and even helped unload my packed to the roof vehicle. She takes the time to listen so she can understand the properties that would most interest you. Love Ann Marie!?

We were moving to New Bern in June of 2022 and in March of 2022 we walked into Century 21 and met Annmarie for the first time. She was very friendly, approachable, and understood what we were wanting. Annmarie was easy to contact and quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. I guess what I liked most about working with AnnMarie Conta is that she always tells it like it is. I believe that was a good basis for us working together because no matter what the question I knew I would get a straight answer.

Annmarie was excellent in assisting my family and I in buying our first house. Annmarie met our expectations from the beginning. From the first time we met her until we had a signed around offer was less than a week.
