I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. Tony went real hard for me because after I had my inspection there where thing need repaired so it was like pulling teeth on everything thing that the other company had to do but Tony worked had stayed on them he was the best at making sure they got it done he went to war for me, for that for I'm forever grateful he even climb on the roof make sure they did was they was suppose to when I say he does job that exactly what he do I'll give him A great guy. Seller reviewTony walked us through what to do to get top dollar for our house. We never expected to get the money he got for us. I dont think any other realtor would of come close! Tony's expertise guided us through the updates and repairs needed, prior to visitations, and even double checked us to make sure we followed through accordingly. I already told my family and friends about Tony and we will always give him our business. The guy knows what he is doing and he is excellent at his job.

Buyer reviewOle Tony is the man with the plan by golly, absolute stud of a negotiator. Tony and my self spent 6 months looking for a home to be close to what we were trying to find, constant battle trying to get to a purchase agreement due to cash offers; and he was there every step of the way through the highs and lows. Well we finally got a signed purchase agreement $5,000 below listing price, everything was great with that; then the home inspection report came through, and he beat them down another $5,000! Which is absolutely amazing, but the real kicker was the appraisal came in $8,000 less than the revised purchase agreement, and Tony got the seller to reduce the purchase price yet again, another $8,000! Saved me an additional $18,000 in what is a perfect for me house. I highly recommend Tony through and through, he's there every step of the way.
