Seller reviewMr Nowak did an excellent job in presenting our property both in his listing and pictures. He did so quickly and in great detail. Our property was a built nonconforming 3 unit apartment in a residential area, but from the outside it looked like a single dwelling. Mr Nowak listing brought only customers who were looking for that type of property. In less than 2-3 weeks we had 2 offers on resulting in the sale of the property. Mr. Nowak was also present for the house inspection and the appraiser. He also was there for any questions we had or help we needed.
