April was magnificent! I had sold a house before and had a horrible experience with the realtor. I swore I would never use a realtor again. April was so understanding and patient and went above and beyond the normal expectations of a realtor. She made everything clear and easy to understand. I can't say enough about her professionalism, great communication and outstanding dedication to a satisfying sale of our home!! I would recommend April to anyone who wants to sell their home. I truly cannot say enough about her professionalism and dedication to her customers. April made herself available any time I had questions. We text at all times of the day and even into the evening. She never seem to put out. She always had time and made herself available. David was also very helpful! Very professional and kind. He was willing to help and go above and beyond the call of a realtor! Woodville needs a century 21 office and April and David already have the reputation in that area that represents excellence for your company.

She wasn't the original broker I called. He handed my request off to her for a viewing and never called back. I didn't purchase that home but I liked her easygoing style and positive attitude. Didn't realize until later how tenacious she could be. So grateful to have been handed off though I didn't think so at first. She is tenacious and fiercely determined to make our purchase what we wanted and needed. Great negotiator and really takes care of her clients. Can't say enough good things about her. She made a frustrating process as smooth as she could when she was able.

April was on the ball. She never hesitated to work with us as out of town buyers any time of day or week. I would highly recommend her as a true real estate professional.
