Buyer reviewApril really listened to our needs/wants and tailored the listings to our style. She is quick at responding to emails or texts and explains the process thoroughly, which helped us a lot as first time buyers. If a new listing came on the market that she thought we would want to see, she would send it right away. She is a wonderful real estate agent and would recommend her to family and friends!

Seller reviewIf April hadn't moved on all aspects of the sale so quickly I believe we would not have sold the home when we did (COVID situation began around escrow) We feel so fortunate that we had April as our agent. The entire transaction was completed within 35 days, via phone calls/emails from another city. We never had to drive to Santa Maria, which was very convienant. April kept us well informed throughout the process, all of our questions were answered promptly. She is honest, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you April, you are the best!
