Seller reviewApril is very knowledgeable about the local market and provided appropriate guidance on setting the sales price. She understands the home selling process and looks to keep the process moving while at the same keeping the seller informed. She's accessible - she answers texts and phone calls whenever required. I had a great experience working with April.

Buyer reviewApril was introduced to be by a cousin and she was amazing from the start. She is so great to work with and knows how to guide the client and keep them calm and happy. She responds very quickly to all messages which is a huge blessing since most times you are stressed and "waiting" to get a response but not with April she is always there to let you know that she has things covered. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends for real estate purchases in the future.

Buyer reviewWorking with April has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. I am a first time homebuyer and she made this process easy. She was (and still is) available to answer my questions. The follow through, hard work, and dedication by April is unmatched. She never gave up hope even when I was getting to that point. Without her, I don't think I would have found the house I am in now. I am so thrilled and thankful to have been able to work with her! I'm also extremely happy to know she is there for support and help even after the homebuying process. I couldn't have had a better experience.
