April was great to work with and she was very prompt in communication. There were times when I became anxious and talking with her eased my mind. She was always positive and in the end, she was right about how the sale of our house would progress.

April Madden was absolutely wonderful! Anytime we had any questions or needed help understanding anything, April we would call us and talk us through everything. We honestly feel that without April, we would've been lost!

Wow! What a great experience selling our previous house and purchasing our new home. April is extremely professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and approachable with her clients. April was ALWAYS available to us and gave us sincere, sound advice regarding decisions. She helped to sell our home in Lewisport, plus 14 acres of farmland, and to find a new home in Owensboro. We had an offer for our old house and had found our new home within 8 days of putting it on the market! We have nothing but good things to say about April and the entire experience. We looked at a house with April that was not her listing, but were so impressed with her honesty and willingness to work with us that we stuck with her even though we were more than unimpressed with the house we went to look at. She wasn't pushy trying to get us to sign a contract with her, which made us even more committed to staying with her. And even though we didn't really look like we could afford to buy a house she kept in contact with us after that first failed viewing, sending us suggestions and asking how our search was going and if she could be of any help. Looking at a house with her was always very comfortable, and her friendly yet professional nature impressed us so we never wanted to look for another agent. She was even willing to give up time on Mother's Day for us to put in a bid, so we were committed to working with her and would again in the future. What i really loved about this experience was her willingness to point out any potential problem area that we probably would have spotted, but might have overlooked. She was always ready with names of mortgage bankers and inspectors to give us options. She also pushed for us to have the inspection of the house even though it was her own listing and might have revealed problems with the house. She was impressive with her negotiations between us and the sellers and i felt like she was always fair to both sides when coming back to us with terms. If we ever decide to sell the house we will absolutely be using her again. She worked great with us and our difficult schedules and was always willing to go that extra step to make sure that things kept rolling. Even after a car wreck she only got delayed by a day or so on things. She always stayed totally professional yet made it feel like you were house shopping with a very knowledgeable friend.

I'm not good in testimonials but I would say we got a good broker cause she always say no if I see houses that I wanna see it and she's ready to go no matter what time and day . And the good thing is she's easy to talk to and easy to work with!!!! So I really highly recommend her .
