Being born and raised in Texas (where my family still lives), I learned early on that hospitality is a way of life. My business is driven by my ambition and desire to help people with the most important purchase of their lifetime. I thrive on receiving my client's heartfelt gratitude, and by seeing them enjoy their home with their family or support their family with their investment property. As my clients enthusiastically recommend me to their friends, I am energized to tell others about the valuable range of services I provide. My referral business enables me to invest in myself, my future, my community, and the causes I support. I love to stay connected and involved in several local charities, both with my time and financial support.
I began my Real Estate career on California's beautiful Central Coast in 2003. After becoming one of the top agents in the company, I wanted to share my knowledge and passion and stepped into leadership. While I am now the Broker of Record for C21 Hometown Realty, I still enjoy helping my own clients buy and sell homes and investments. I strive to consistently earn C21 Quality Service Awards annually. It's hard to picture myself doing anything else! I love helping my clients to make the best decisions possible.
I enjoy working hard, but to maintain balance I like anything that goes fast. I'm a vehicle enthusiast who does not discriminate based on number of wheels or whether pavement is needed. I also love stand up paddle boarding and taking my dog hiking. My secret goal of the weekends is to find the best Sunday brunch in the world.

April has a wealth of knowledge about real estate in this area and she consistently provided excellent advice. She was always able to answer the myriad questions we had throughout our home-buying process, at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. She was always patient with us and a pleasure to be around. She was very honest and we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. We had previously had a less than pleasant buying and selling experience for our first home out of state and we were hesitant about working with a real estate agent again, but working with April was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to her, we had a stress free escrow. Seller reviewI really enjoy working with April, I met her originally when she sold me my dad's house back in 2013. She always kept in contact with me making sure I was doing OK and my parents were doing OK. She help me sell my house in Atascadero, did an outstanding job. Help me get in contact with the people that sold me my new house. Sold my dad's house within a week. Was incredible with the negotiations and the final sale. I don't plan to move anymore. But every chance I get I do recommend April to anybody that I talk to.
