Buyer reviewUnlike our lender, April was always on top of what needed to be done. She is very customer centric and had great communication skills. If we ever have a need for a realtor in the future, she will be our first choice.

Buyer reviewWe were completely new to town and had no idea where to look. She helped us look at house after house... then we finally put in an offer and got all the way to closing on that house and the deal fell through and April continued to look for us a house. She kept the same persistence and communication throughout our whole experience. Finally we found a house and put in the offer for it and closed. It's our dream home. None of this would've been possible without the help of April. If you need a realtor I would strongly advise you to use her. She's not out concerned about just making a sale... but more concerned about making her clients happy.

Buyer reviewThis particular property had special issues. April helped out by dealing with structural engineers and previous foundation restoring company. Which means that I didn't have too. She knew the ins and outs of dealing with structural problems.

Buyer reviewApril was a friend of a friend that is now considered a friend. April was efficient, timely, informative, patient, attentive, detail orientated, and an excellent communicator. She explained all of the different steps in the process along the way and I never felt out of the loop or overwhelmed. I have already referred her to multiple friends and if I ever decide to sell my house or a buy a new one I couldn't imagine using any other realtor. This was my first time to buy a house and at first I was terrified but April helped ease my nerves by explaining every step necessary to purchase my house. April was incredibly patient with me and went above and beyond in securing my offer. I was impressed at how organized April was and how quickly the process happened. I highly recommend April as a realtor. I did not work with any other Century 21 employees other than April. April was efficient, timely, informative, patient, attentive, detail orientated, and an excellent communicator. She is helpful and honest, pleasant and professional. April did a wonderful job when we bought the house, therefore trusting her to sell the house for us. Another quality job! The process took some time mainly because we were waiting on the perfect home for our family.
