Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, I have little to no knowledge on how to start the process and everything that is involve in purchasing a home. Aristotle became a huge help from the beginning to the end and he made sure that the process will go smoothly as possible. He was thorough in searching for a house based on our preferences and is within our price range and as we visited each house, he would explain the important aspects to consider. In addition, with the rising interest rates he was able to negotiate to decrease the total purchase price and to buy down the interest rates for the next two years. I would also like to emphasize that he was able to help us find a newly built home! Before the search, we didn't expect to find a brand new home because of the market but it became possible with Aris' help. Overall, house hunting had been a great, fun and stress-free experience and we owe it all to Aris. We appreciate everything that he did and I would highly recommend him to friends and family as a realtor. Keep up the excellent work!
