From the moment Armando Gonzalez, walked into our house we knew he was our agent. We could entrust the sale of our house because he was uplifting with suggestions about how to enhance our property's potential sale value. He has a very encouraging and positive outlook which is helpful when making such a big transaction in your life. It is a transaction in which no questions are deemed to be stupid questions. He is very accessible and communicative throughout the whole sales process. He priced our property properly, and conveyed to us that even he was taken aback by the open house response from an interested public. Approximately 30-35 families showed out and displayed interest.
