Arnel has a wealth of home buying knowledge and is on top of all the issues that arise when it comes to negotiating for a home of any type and keeping the lines of communication wide open. Whether it be by email, phone or text you as the customer/client are immediately informed of your options. Arnel holds himself to the highest standards and the attention to detail and expert skills in the field show through all of it. The passion he has for the business shines clearly in the quality of service that is provided. On top of all of that Arnel is very down to earth and very approachable at anytime! Seller reviewI was selling property of my deceased aunt as an executor of her will. I live two hours away, and have great difficulty traveling to Sacramento. The house needed work as my aunt couldn't keep it up as well as she would have liked to. I chose Arnel because an internet search showed him to be the busiest guy in the area. I figured he must be doing something right. I needed to be able to have him handle pretty much everything since I was so far away. He was my eyes and ears in Sacramento. Working with Arnel was a breeze. He accommodated my time and always got back to me quickly. Most important I could tell Arnel was on my side, looking out for my interests. This made it easy to trust his advice and judgement. I don't always feel that way with brokers. Arnel gave good advice on what to do to maximize our return; how to price, what to fix, how to choose the best of 6 offers, etc. Needless to say we are very happy with his quick sale at a great price. Thanks again Arnel!

Seller reviewI do believe that Centuary 21 is very selective when hiring their sales and office staff and that is the reason that I called Centuary 21 in the first place. Fortunately, for me it was Arnel Augustin, who called me back after I left a message. I contacted 4 companies and only heard back from 2 in a timely fashion, and 1 never returned my call. Arnel was caring, knowledgable, prepared and understanding of where I was coming from in selling a property that had been in our family for over 90 years. His business practices made the listing and sales experience problem free, speedy and easy for our family. He also was willing to go the extra mile to do whatever was needed to make it easy for all concerned. An added bonus was that Arnel Augustin, is an expert in the location of our property. He also had a list of potential buyers for our property and he wasted no time executing his marketing strategy, which made for a quick and painless sale. Another plus is, Arnel has great communication skills and the ability to employ electronic aids that helped in the exchange of information and paper signing which was very valuable to me, being that I live about 90 miles away, in the North Bay.

Seller reviewOur short-sale case was so special. Without the help of Arnel Augustin and his team, my wife and I would still be stuck in limbo. We started our process with the bank in February, 2008 just before the market went South. Arnel and his team took on the challenge of helping us at the end of 2014. Within six to seven months, they were able to do what we could not do in seven years even with legal consultation. There is nothing this team of people cannot do in my estimation. If you are new to the process, call them. If you are at your wits end, call them. Heck just call them and save yourself time, trouble, and make some good friends.
