Personal Profile
Art began his real estate career in 1986 working for local homebuilders as a Sales Manager for New Home Sales. Over the past 35+ years, Art has excelled in his industry, earning every major professional designation and certification as well as numerous prestigious awards for sales and customer service excellence. Art founded The Art of Real Estate Team in 2008 after achieving the CENTURY 21 President's Award as an individual agent - - the only agent or team so honored that year throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region out of over 1,800 sales professionals.
Art grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from Oakton High School in Vienna. Since his family first moved to Herndon in the early 1970's, Art has resided in Fairfax, Oakton, Burke, Reston, Centreville, and now Oak Hill. He currently lives in the Franklin Farm community with his wife, Fran, and their three boys. When not assisting clients, Art enjoys fishing, reading, spending time with his family and friends, and is active with his local church.

Seller reviewArt was extremely professional and I always felt like I was in capable hands working with him. Two things stand out in having Art Hoppe as my realtor. First, he was very adaptable to the market and the feedback of potential buyers. The home was in great shape when we went to market, and although we would hear really good feedback from open houses and showings, no one was stepping up with an offer. He engaged a few of his trusted real estate colleagues for their unbiased feedback, and along with some collected comments from potential buyers, we made some slight changes to the home that made a big difference in the end. Second, I was selling this home while living 10 hours away in a different state. Art's availability and attentiveness to the house was amazing. He was at the house probably even more than I am aware, constantly keeping it clean and checking on things. I am so grateful for that. I am very glad Art was my realtor to sell this home.
