Seller reviewDeciding to sell our home and farm that was family owned for 3 generations was not an easy decision. From our initial meeting with Art Vachon we were convinced that he was the agent for us. He listened to and understood all of our concerns. He made certain we were comfortable through the entire process and took care of everything. Very shortly after our open house Art called with an offer. It went smoother than we could have imagined with Art handling all the details right up to the closing. We can't say enough about Art's professionalism, work ethic and kindness.
