Asalattha is a very professional realtor who spends a detailed 1-2 days to understand buyer requirements first, explains details of the process involved and then start searching house to meet these requirements. She has lot of patience and at the same time, very down to earth professional who walks with you to find right house. Unlike other realtors, she doesn't send tons of houses which are all listed but, she scans through them in-detail and picks only which buyer would be interested in. She worked out to book appointments always on the first of the listing and walks with buyer to explain every detail of the house(positive vs negatives) which gives buyer an confidence, realtor is indeed showing full interest in our requirement and we can trust her.
