She estimated the property well and explained the entire process, helped stage the house for beautiful pictures, hosted very successful and well run showings, and supported us through negotiations and inspections - all the way through to the closing. Ashley knows so much about real estate, financing, contracts, construction, and how to help people make good decisions. Ashley was extremely responsive and each communication was well-thought out and helpful for us to make good decisions based on her knowledge of our desires and the process/market. A phone call, text, or email never went unanswered. She was realistic about how to get the deal done and still helped fight for our best interests. I wouldn't use anyone else!!! Ashley is the BEST!
