Ashley Norris listened to us to what our wants and needs were to set us up with listings to view. Once we made the offer and it was accepted, Ashley Norris stayed on top of our whole three month long process of buying the property during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ashley Norris took charge to ensure the seller's realtor was doing his job properly during the procedure. Ashley Norris was also a god send to us during the process of selling our property. There was nothing easy about it. Ashley Norris said she had never been involved with anything as unusual as our case, one issue being that about a fifth of our house was on the neighbor's property. Ashley Norris also kept in constant contact with us and the mortgage broker to ensure the loan process was on track. Ashley Norris also helped make the closing processes for buying & selling as easy as it could be by being involved and arrange for them both to happen on the same day...it was an awesome experience! Overall Ashley Norris made our dreams come true!
