I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Seller reviewAstryd is the best agent I have ever worked with. I found Astryd about two years ago when my husband and I began house hunting. She www very patient with us and helped us locate our dream house. She even assisted us after our closing when we ran into some major items from our Replace or Repair list that the Seller did not complete. So when my Grandfather passed, I couldn't think of anyone else I would rather work with to list and sell his home. She made the process so smooth and effortless. She priced the property well and even got us an offer in less than one week. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in the San Diego area. Thank you for everything Astryd.

Buyer reviewAstryd went out of her way time and time for us to find our dream home. In a competitive market, we kept getting discouraged when losing offers to higher bidders on multiple homes. Every weekend she was ready to show us multiple homes and get a feel for what we liked and did not like and catered to are needs. As this is our second home purchase, we feel this purchase was more easier and comfortable with Astryd. We now own our new home and could not be happier.
