Aubrey was the best! She was easy to get ahold of and always had availability for me to tour the many houses we saw before I found the right one. I had unforeseen circumstances happen right before closing and she was able to solve all the problems and ensure we had a game plan set to close on time.

While purchasing my first home during the pandemic was a little unnerving, Aubrey took all necessary precautions to make the entire purchasing of the home safe and efficient. There was not a deadline she did not meet. I now know why some many online reviews spoke so highly of her. She met and exceeded all those reviews! Aubrey is the definition of working FOR the client. She understood how crazy the market was and also understood the importance of getting to see houses as soon as they hit the market. After the second or third house we went through she could tailor our search to exactly what we wanted. If I asked a question and she didn't know the answer on the spot, she researched it and got me the answer immediately. Communication was 10/10 and I could not have asked for a better realtor! Aubrey is so personable and professional , I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor. Can't wait to do future business with her!

Aubrey Farabaugh made home buying during a pandemic easy, safe, and AWESOME. She was kind and lovely and SUPER knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a house so we needed a lot of hand holding and she guided us through that process with compassion and understanding. We purchased our house at a great price and we are so thrilled to have gotten into it in a timely manner. She was thoughtful in all her actions and supportive with us as we navigated banks and sellers. She rocked. If you don't get her as your realtor, you're making a mistake. She's the best!!! We are in our house today because Aubrey made the process easy and gave us all the support we needed to become first time home buyers!

She also did a good job of explaining everything which made the whole process easier. I believe that the way Aubrey advertised the house helped in getting it sold quickly.
