When we came to Utah we'd go to different parts of the state to see if we liked the areas and go thru homes even though we weren't ready to buy. This helped us narrow it down to the Richfield area. They were an excellent team to work with.

I never felt forced or pushed to purchase a home, and I always felt well-informed of any home I was looking at. When we had questions or doubts, Court would always find a way to get us answers whether through his experience or with input from other professionals. He would reassure us any time we felt unsure of possible issues with a home or with the process of purchasing a home.
