Buyer reviewA couple of innocent Texans casually browsing Utah real estate when he appeared - our very own real estate ninja, sliding into our inbox like a digital vigilante. "I see you've been looking at my listings," said Zach = him side-eyeing us from cyberspace until we took his call. Best decision ever. Sort of? We met him at a house and awkwardly tried to find somewhere to ditch our car so we could hop in his Tesla. The Mormon church had its gates locked (respectfully closed to heathens like us), so we parked at a liquor store -it felt like the start of a buddy comedy. Communication: 50% housing updates, 50% expertly chosen GIFs. We tried giving advice (okay, Doug did), but he already knows everything cause he has a trophy. Who argues with a trophy? He wrote us a song - a real estate ballad. Talk to Zach for more than 10 seconds, you will hear about his boat. We haven't seen it - might be mythical. But he believes in it, and that's what matters. 10/10. Would let him mildly stalk us again.
