We needed an agent that was available, reliable, and able to move quickly if necessary. We found all of these qualities in Austin. Due to being out of state buyers, we twice needed picked up and dropped of at the airport when viewing property. Austin went beyond his normal "job description" and was able to navigate the obstacles involved in obtaining and closing a property. He delivered at every stage... an excellent experience! Austin was superb from start to finish. He was available anytime whether during normal or outside business hours. He knows the area in and out and was more personalized than agents I've dealt with in the past. It wasn't just a here's the property take it or leave it attitude. He was thorough and went with me to properly assess each one and provide constructive feedback. His attention to detail during property viewing was excellent. Relocating here from NY while selling my condo there, he put my agent in NY to shame! Absolutely concise, on point and efficient. As stated previously, I couldn't have been blessed with a better agent. From start to finish my experience was of upmost professional nature. In times like these and given the heat of the Florida market most agents seem to do the bare minimum, but Austin took time, went above and beyond to make the experience personal. He has great passion for what he does and it shows. I highly recommend him and will recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a property.

Looking back now at when Austin sold my property, there are a few things that really stand out, the first one is whole process was really stress free, he did a great job keeping me informed and offering me ideas when I needed to make a decision. The second thing that stood out working with Austin is his knowledge of the area, which helped us in setting our price points, I remember getting a little nervous and wanted to drop the price, but talked me into staying the course, and it paid off. All in all he did great job and I would definitely hire him again
