In addition to his nuanced expertise, attention to detail, and patient, open communication we also very much appreciated the way in which Baba empowered us to make our own informed decisions. We never felt rushed or blindsided: he took time to get to know us as people; listened to our needs, questions, doubts, and perspectives and always answered thoughtfully; and he took time to tell stories and talk history. Baba practices real estate with a high degree of generosity, integrity, and compassion for the families he works with. We joked that the process felt similar to working with homebirth midwives, actually!
