Seller reviewMrs. Birdwell went through way more than a realtor needed to, to make sure I was completely satisfied with the sale even to the point of offering to help me in ways she did not need to. She was so understanding of my needs and knowledge of the anxiety that I was dealing with the sale of my home of 17 years. She was comforting when I broke down at the closing and I DO NOT know what I would have done without her!! I will always recommend Mrs. Birdwell to anyone I know that is going to sale their home. Awesome lady!! Just awesome!

Buyer reviewNot only is Barbara extremely knowledgeable in her profession but she has truly became a family friend. She has answered my calls/text from early morning to late afternoon 7 days a week. Being a first time home buyer she told there are no stupid questions so ask anything and everything...I took her up on that offer and she was there with an answer immediately. I can't thank her enough for helping my family and I become first time home buyers. With Barbara you will gain a friend and an extremely knowledgeable agent who is dedicated to help you through every step of purchasing a home. Buyer reviewBarbara is very knowledgeable of the market in B/CS. She was wonderful to work with as she understood our needs and kept them in mind with all the properties she showed us. She was never "pushy". She managed all negotiations with the seller and agent with competence and expertise. She has a wonderful personality and I would highly recommend her to others. I personally have already handed out her card to acquaintances that have expressed interest in moving to this area. We feel very fortunate that we "stumbled" on her at an open house. She is a fabulous genuine person and has the client's interest at heart.

Seller reviewOur first visit with Barbara - she walked all thru the house and asked lots of questions about our home, year we bought it, upgrades, etc. Barbara & I have known each other for years but this was the first time I've seen her work as a realtor. Barbara was awesome. Very knowledgeable, respectful and whether I received a text message, phone call or email, Barbara was keeping us informed.
