Seller reviewI was selling from out of state, so Barbara Blades had no easy task ahead of her. She worked tirelessly to make recommendations and get the house ready to list. Upon listing she had a whirlwind of showings, getting a solid offer within 28 hours. We went under contract the following day. She continued to work through coordinating the inspection, appraisal, and repairs to the home after the home inspection, even coordinating regular lawn care. Barbara maintained a good line of communication with me, filling me in on any updates. I have already recommended her to others thinking of listing.

Barbara made time for our questions even when she was dealing with personal matters. Very thankful for her help. The Notary was very helpful and made time for us very last minute. Seller reviewSee comments above. I will add this. I'm 63, lived all over the country. She is the best agent we've ever known. She's become a friend. She even turned us on to our current financial advisor. She has a team behind her including her husband. I can't say enough good things about her and her team. She needs to own her own firm and relpicate her approach as a " full service house prep and sell."
