Barbara Cottrell was fantastic! In selling my mother's property, Barbara made sure she understood everything involved from the condition of the home, and the local market, to the timelines and the process of closing. While two contracts fell through due to buyer issues, Barbara stayed positive and reassured us that we'd get another buyer and a good price. When travel was a problem for my mother, Barbara came to her and walked her through closing paperwork, so it all went smoothly. This was the 4th house I've been a part of selling and by far the easiest I've ever experienced. Everyone Barbara put us in touch with was efficient and professional. Super easy sales experience!
