This office was great finding my renter 8 years ago and had planned on using them when I was ready to sell the home. I was hoping to get more money for the sale, but the HOA fees are higher than average for my home and this deterred many potential buyers and were related to the lower than expected offers on the home. Ms. Dimattina came up with great marketing incentives to generate interest in the home to the correct buyer market that resulted in the sale of the home. I was hoping for a higher price and a quicker sale, but no other realtor could have done a better job than Barbara. Barbara was referred to me through USAA. We looked at one home and it was good enough for me and my son so we pressed forward. Barbara was very kind to my son and made sure he was content while I filled out the mounds of paperwork also known as a purchase contract. She was very patient with me and answered my countless questions. This was my second home purchase, but the first one by myself so I was very nervous.
