She was patient, extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and was able to connect me with a wonderful lender as well. Everything from finding the properties, negotiating with the seller, handling the walk through process, and providing me with possible morgvage lenders, communicating with the seller, and the closing process- Barb was always on top of it all and I don't believe it would have happened without her expertise and guidance. I was also purchasing my new home in a new state and she was able to greatly assist with connecting me to contractors, provide utility information, and answer questions that I had about the area that would be my new home. Barb has surrounded herself with other knowledgable,hard working, and detail oriented people who can get you to closing and making your dreams come true! Everything went so smoothly from our first showing to settlement. Barb went above and beyond for us. We live several hours from the condo we purchased and Barb made it seem like we were just around the corner. From videos of the condo to attending walkthrough in our place. Barb was always accessible, responding to texts, phone calls or e-mails within minutes. If you are looking for a home, Barb Hunt is the one for you.
