We were already living out of state when the home went on the market, and were able to do the closing remotetly. Barb was able to help us tie up a few loose ends that we would have dealt with ourselves had we still been local. With all the stress of a cross country move, news jobs, and starting the kids in a new school - selling our house was stress free.
