Barbara Patterson was recommended by our Century 21 broker in NJ whom we have bought several homes with. We trusted their guidance and we were not disappointed. Barbara was available 24/7. Moving from NJ to Maine there were many aspects of the process of moving from one state to another that we were not familiar with. Barbara assisted us every step of the way and answered every and all questions. It was a comfort to us that she was so knowledgeable. As previously stated, Barbara' knowledge of the area and the process were invaluable. She was also able to deal with our family dynamics and you might say a mediator at times with my husband perspectives vs. mine....not to mention throwing a 21 year old into decision making. We enjoyed being with her. Barbara spent hours and days showing us communities and homes so that we could narrow down an area we wanted to live. Once our house sold in NJ, Barbara had us prepared with all the information we needed to choose our new home. It took one day for us to find our new home Being in a different state made some of our transactions difficult but Barbara handled each and every one quickly and professionally. At times we had difficulties contacting the sellers realtor but Barbara was on top of it and able to work through it ...sometimes working late into the evening. To sum up Barbara Patterson I can only say she's a Superstar!
