Buyer reviewI was looking to move from an apartment in New York to a house in New Jersey and needed guidance as I had a ton of questions. Barbara Uhl was my shepherd throughout the entire process. We spent about 45 minutes during our initial phone call just going over what I was looking for, my concerns, and features that would be considered a plus, a negative, or outright deal breaker. I'm a research nut, so she took time to answer all of my questions and made sure to follow up on anything she wasn't sure about. While touring homes, she never tried to sell us on the home, but instead said "when you find your home, you'll know it." There was never a point in time where I felt neglected, overwhelmed, or rushed to make a decision. I've already shared my experience with friends and family, noting that if you're looking for a home in NJ to see Barbara Uhl, guaranteeing a quality experience.

I settled on looking for a house in NJ, with no idea at all about the real estate buying process, area, etc. I basically had no idea what I was doing other than I wanted to buy a house. I was connected with Barbara Uhl who was super helpful and walked me through every step of the house buying process and answered all my questions in detail. Barbara was very patient and responded to all my calls and emails very quickly, and her professionalism, honesty, knowledge of the local market, and responsiveness was amazing. Barbara also went the extra mile to help me view houses since I was unable to travel to NJ in person due to the pandemic. I strongly recommend Barbara to anyone in need of a real state agent.
