Buyer reviewBefore even looking at properties, Barry took the time out of his personal schedule to meet with me. As a first time homebuyer, I did not know much. Barry spent about 2 hrs with me to explain the whole home buying process, what to expect and what I was looking for. After not finding any homes of interest in the neighborhood in his area, I then used another realtor for a different area. It was quickly apparent how much of a difference it makes having an agent with experience and the wealth of knowledge that Barry had. After telling him about my experience, he found listings in the new area and took me to the houses for tours. Barry's experience allowed him to tell me exactly what to look for in houses. Within days, we made an offer on the house and began the process. Again, Barry stayed in contact and answered all questions I had. He was always willing to carve time out of his schedule to talk or visit the property with me.
