I have confidence that I will be taken care of with little qualifying questions and great success Barry was extremely helpful in what I feel is the most important step in purchasing a unit. NEGOTIATION. He guided me with with MY best interest in mind, and at the same time kept my in tune with reality. His wisdom and explanations of how, when, and why in negotiating were stellar. and spot on. We all need to sacrifice a little in negotiation, Barry helped me feel comfortable and avoid buyer's remorse with his empathy. TOP NOTCH!!!! Skip all the blah blah blah, and get right to it, his communication and work ethic cannot be challenged by any other realtor in Florida. Talk about patient...I changed my mind more than a few times (in a day, ad maybe an hour). He handled these changes great, while any other realtor would need an anti psychotic. All the staff were nice to deal with...even the closing agent. WOW!!!! Too bad Barry cannot get a license to sell in NY, I'd use him up there as well. Nice job Bary
