Seller reviewBart Stevens is a top-notch real estate agent. He is savvy about pricing and helpful advising what to fix/polish/stage for a sale and what is not necessary. He always stayed in touch about progress, whether that was timing of a showing, prompt delivery of buyer's offers, etc. He was the agent for my first house sale in 2021. I found him very helpful in sorting out the variety of offers i received. On the seond house in 2022, the market had slowed and we went with the first offer with a few negotiated details. He was clear explaining the settlement statement. He is a pleasant man who knows the business. He made the stress of selling a house a lot easyer by his clear communication and support in the process.
