As I mentioned earlier she was exceptional! When we were getting the house ready before we listed it, I was approached by people asking who the realtor was! I told them Beatriz Gomez of Centiry 21, and as we had yet to sell it, I would have a better idea of her as time went on. We very quickly found out just how good and efficient she was! Ironically, our realtor of five years ago stopped by the house to drop something off. I was honest with her and told her we were listing our house. I told her no one local but out of town. I knew she was a little upset with us and proceeded to tell me it doesn't matter who lists it or the realtor! That was so funny as it truly did matter and Beatriz was head and shoulders above the rest!
