Buyer reviewBenny, was just amazing.!! He has amazing customer handling skills and has very good and broad knowledge in Real estate. He really gave me some good advice and always has been courteous towards me. He has lot of experience, patience and was kind enough to take me to multiple properties. Typically, I've seen agents showing 2 or 3 properties and stop and provide no much options and keep calling to close the house/deals. Benny was really nice in understanding what I wanted, as i did not know what I was looking for until finally seeing what I wanted, and patiently dealt with me and gave me the space and time to think and decide. This is Excellent customer service. Really appreciate Benny's efforts. Will always choose Benny for my next property search.

Buyer reviewI decided to take the services from Benny because he understood my family's expectation of the house. the schools for the kids and distances to our workplace mattered most. This is our first house and it was important that I get to know the details of the process and best practices. With Benny, I had the comfort to connect and clarify questions when I wanted, sometimes late into evenings. Especially with the rules and regulations with the house purchase, knowledge about the locality and recommendations on other services required to close the purchase. We had a 3 weeks time period for closing and Benny made sure it happened as planned. Especially it was the early days of covid and we had challenges. All the required process and documents were submitted on time. Thanks Benny!
