Bernie Champagne is the consummate professional--he was on top of all of the details, deadlines, and requirements, and was patient and informative with us. His knowledge was especially important to us because we moved to Florida from out of state, and the real estate requirements are different. In addition, we made an offer on a property that ultimately did not work out due to inspection issues, and Bernie helped us through both attempting to negotiate a mutually acceptable arrangement with the seller's agent, as well as absorbing the interaction with the seller's agent when we opted to not proceed with the offer. Our second offer went through quickly and we are happy with the property we chose. We appreciate Bernie leading us through both of those situations. We had used another realtor in the Orlando area for a previous investment purchase, and we liked him, but he did not ultimately help us when we were moving into the area and needed to find a place to live quickly. Bernie didn't even know us and came through for us; within hours, he had a list of possible places to rent, one of which we chose and it was perfect for what we needed. A few months later, when it came time to purchase, it was an easy choice to go with Bernie because he had already demonstrated responsiveness and effectiveness, and it was clear he was interested in developing a relationship with us rather than just shuffle us through a one-off transaction. One of the qualities that we appreciate so much about Bernie is his integrity--he is honest and forthright and we trust him implicitly. Our experience with him was fantastic, and we are thankful to have someone who is absolutely at the top of his game. He's very good at what he does, and he is committed to excellence. I have already recommended Bernie to other people who may be interested in acquiring property in the area, and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
