It was important to use to find someone who had knowledge and expierence in all different levels of the maket and was in it with our best interest in mind. Beth made the not so fun parts a bit easier and was so helpful when it came to negotiating our contract with the seller and was everything we would have ever wanted in an agent and will be passing her info along to fellow buyers!
