Buyer reviewBeth was very patient with us during our home buying process. Having not been from the area, it was crucial that we work with someone who understood our needs and could steer us in the appropriate area. Beth's knowledge of the area and industry really was invaluable. She answered every question we had with patience which helped put us at ease while buying our first home. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Poconos area. Working with Beth was a dream. We never felt pressured to pick a home that wasn't right for us. You can tell Beth enjoys what she does. Working with her felt like looking at homes with a friend rather than a "salesman". Calling her such would be such a disservice. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their decision.

Buyer reviewMs Germann from the beginning had always paid attention to details to all the cryterias i wanted in my search of a home. Everything was narrowed down to such details in her fidings which made it easy for me . It was very unfortunate that COVID came even then she never gave up even after some of my preferred listing was gone she never gave up. She kept me going keep my morale up she has been a part of my life from far communicating daily getting me prepared etc... By the time she got wind that she can start making appointments i believe i was the first one on her list. This kind of dedication is hard to come by. The few other agents that i spoke with prior never actually check on me to see if i need anything but she did and I appreciate her professionalism for that . I will recommend her at anytime anywhere. She is a hard worker, dedicated and respecful. I wish Ms. Beth Germann the best.

Buyer reviewWe met Beth while searching for a weekend home. She was the listing agent on a house we wanted to see. She showed the home to us and although we put in an offer, it went to someone else. I liked Beth and trusted my instinct. She proceeded to be our guide/advisor and agent in the future homes we would tour. I truly like her!!! With her help, we eventually found our perfect cabin in the woods. Beth is wonderful at her job! She made us feel comfortable with her from day 1. I feel like she is caring, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, professional and has a good sense of humor! In today's world, you certainly need that. Beth works hard and is super quick in responding to emails and texts. I would not only choose her as an agent but as a friend who is welcome in my home at any time!

Beth was so knowledgeable about everyone of these aspects. She was so easily accessible by phone, text and email. I never had any trouble getting information I wanted, and questions answered. My responses to the last question apply here as well. Beth excels in all these attributes and I feel that is why she is such a great realtor. Everything was taken care of in a timely, efficient manor. I could not have asked for a more "no fuss" house buying experience. Again my answer to the last question covers this.
