Buyer reviewI think Beth goes out of her way to match your wish list to the latest homes on the market.....and is extremely knowlegeable about the ins and outs of making an offer that will be competitive and creative! She's good at problem solving and is very practical......I had fun looking at homes with her for that reason and our closing was super smooth - a very pleasant experience because she had prepared me for it! I would highly recommend working with her to anyone!

Beth provided us with market comps and analysis which helped us determine the price range for this home. She arranged to have an outstanding photographer come to the home and take quality pictures which were posted on the MLS listing. Each week we were provided with updates of the online activity and also the feedback on the showings. The feedback allowed us to make modifications to the home which in turn helped us with the sale.
