Originally, I'm a South Georgia girl who has been coming to Amelia Island since I was a child. I graduated from Valdosta State College with a degree in Business Education and taught school for many years. I grew up spending the summers in Fernandina Beach, and have always considered it my second home. I have always loved the island life and the people here. Years ago, I decided to make Fernandina Beach my permanent home, and I cannot think of a better place to call home.

Seller reviewBeth has been absolutely incredible to work with. I had some unforseen maintance issues that came up during the inspection period and once the repairs were complete, we were very tight on time for the potential buyers to come and see the place. Beth came over on a weekend day and helped me clean the entire unit so it would be ready. She went above and beyond the entire process. Very grateful for Bett Scott and will always partner with her for any of my Florida real estate needs.

Buyer reviewBeth Scott not only worked me when I could travel here to show me numerous houses but would also keep me updated by sending me homes that fit my criteria to my email. When my budget was set and I was able to purchase in Fernandina Beach she showed me multiple houses that fit my criteria. Beth was present for me to be at the home I chose for the Home Owners inspection as I was unable to be here. Beth made sure that everything that was needed to be in the sales agreement for my benefit was included. Beth also worked with my real estate and title company in Maryland to be sure that the settlements would be coordinated for both properties as they occured on the same date. Beth handled all the paperwork necessary here in Florida as I needed to be at the closing in Maryland. Beth Scott has continued to keep in touch since my purchase and has helped me with numerous issues! As far as I am concerned Beth went above and beyond in welcoming me to my new home. Beth Scott is the realtor to go to!

Seller reviewBeth Scott contacted me and deciphered my needs. She completely understood my situation and was totally the reason I chose Century 21. Beth went to great lengths to make this deal work. She had to deal with a non scrupulous buyer who backed out at the last minute and the subsequent loss of the residential purchase which we had already made a deposit on. I was in a difficult situation and Beth went overboard in helping me and doing things she wasn't even obligated to do. Beth did so much to overcome the difficulties we were faced with and basically pulled a rabbit out of the hat. Thanks Beth for all you did. I would recommend Beth Scott to everyone with real-estate needs.
